We founded AllDone Cosmetics with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return policy
If you wish to return a product to us, please send in a contact form explaining why you want to return the product. We can then advise you on the best way to complete your return. We do not accept returns on sale items.
Items are eligible for return for up to 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been used.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $60, we strongly recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged Orders
If you have an issue with your order please email us within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order number. If the delivery has been damaged, please send us photographs.

Cancellations
Please reach out to us immediately if you need to cancel. We will gladly cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. Cancellations are not possible after the order has been shipped.

We offer FREE Standard 3-Day Ground Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $35 and over (excluding taxes).
We offer FREE International Shipping on all Canada merchandise orders $35 and over (excluding taxes).
All orders are shipped from the U.S. and transacted in U.S. dollars.

IMPORTANT HOLIDAY SHIPPING INFORMATION 2021
Valid on U.S. orders shipping to the continental U.S., Hawaii, and Alaska, including U.S. APO, FPO, PO Box, or Puerto Rico. Not valid on international orders. We apologize, U.S. holiday delivery cannot be guaranteed. If you have a specific delivery date in mind, please select an expedited shipping method. For holiday delivery by Friday, December 24th, 2021, shipping cutoff dates are as follows:
Standard 3-Day shipping orders for the continental U.S. must be placed by December 19th, 11:00 am ET
2-day shipping orders must be placed by December 20th, 2:00 pm ET
1-day shipping orders must be placed by December 21st, 11:00 am ET.

PRE-ORDER AND BACK-ORDERED ITEMS
If your order contains pre-order or back-ordered items, we will ship items as soon as they are available. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. For International orders, please note that we will hold the entire order until the pre-ordered or back-ordered items are available. We cannot split or combine any orders. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

If your order contains a hazmat item (e.g., nail polish, pressurized spray cans, etc.), it must ship ground 3 Day Shipping (2-8 days total delivery time).
Orders must be placed by 12pm EST Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday. AlldoneCosmetics.com offers FREE Standard 3-Day Ground Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $35 and over (excluding taxes). Select items considered hazmat (hazardous materials) are restricted and must be shipped with Ground Service. Orders $35 and over always ship Standard 3 Day Ground Shipping for free—no promotion code needed. For shipments totaling less than $35, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for Standard 3 Day Ground Shipping. Our standard shipping option is Standard 3 Day Shipping.

HAWAII AND ALASKA
For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we only offer 2 Day and 1 Day shipping services. We regret that we are unable to ship restricted (hazmat) items to Hawaii or Alaska.

P.O. BOX
If you are shipping to a U.S. P.O. Box, we offer UPS SurePost service free on orders $35 and over.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship international orders through DHL Express and DHL eCommerce. Alldonecosmetics.com offers $9.95 flat rate shipping for orders $50 and above. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination country/region of your package once you begin the checkout process. For your convenience, the shipping costs provided included all import duties, taxes, and applicable fees.

DUTIES + TAXES REFUND
Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping, duties, taxes, and fees. If you are returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of all or a portion of the duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for information.
APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES
All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via UPS SurePost service. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please call Bite Beauty Customer Service for assistance at 1.833-804-6660
BUSINESS DAYS + HOLIDAYS
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. For Standard 3-Day Ground Shipping, 2-Day, and 1-Day Shipping: Orders must be placed by 12pm EST to be processed on the same business day, otherwise it will be processed the next day.
Packages do not ship from our fulfillment center on the following US holidays:

TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on AlldoneCosmetics.com, sign in to access My Account which will contain your order information. You can also contact Alldone Cosmetics Customer Service to track your order.

Pre-sell items are items that are not yet in stock but available for advanced purchase on our site.

Pre-sell items are shipped as soon as they are available with no additional shipping charges. We will notify you of the status of your Pre-sell item via email updates and confirmations. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it has shipped. Anticipated shipment time (i.e. "Available for shipping in mid-September") is indicated on the site adjacent to product information.
